Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Pitchfolio is a free tool that helps EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team players track the cards they buy and sell. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data. When you sign in with Google or X we receive your email address, name and profile picture from that provider. We do not receive your password.
• Your board. The cards, quantities, prices and dates you enter, and your platform choice (console or PC).
• Usage data. Basic, aggregated information about how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked, device type) so we can improve it.
• Guest use. If you use the board without signing in, your entries stay in your own browser and are not sent to us until you sign in.

What we do with it

• Keep your board and show it on any device you sign in from.
• Send emails you ask for, and occasional product updates. Every email has a way to stop them.
• Understand which features are used, to decide what to build next.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Your account and board are stored with our database provider, Supabase. Sign-in is handled by Google or X. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms.

Your choices

• You can remove any card from your board at any time.
• You can ask us to delete your account and all your data by writing to pitchfoliofc@gmail.com. We do it within 30 days.
• You can ask for a copy of your data at the same address.

Not affiliated with EA

Pitchfolio is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Electronic Arts. We never ask for, store or use your EA account details.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
